Wines

Our wines are pure expressions of terroir, revealing in each glass the rugged, magnificent landscape of the DOQ Priorat and neighboring DO Montsant.

DOQ Priorat

Terroir al Limit is our flagship range, deeply inspired by the very old winemaking traditions of Burgundy. Dominik has fully embraced a biodynamic approach to viticulture, coupled with a gentle, non-intrusive winemaking style that favors whole-bunch fermentation, and concrete or amphora aging as an alternative to oak. Carefully selected plots of Garnacha and Carignan are individually expressed through a collection of site-specific wines with a timeless elegance that has become the hallmark of their style.

The wines of  Terroir Historic are meant to be enjoyed, rather than contemplated. Nostalgic and honest in spirit, these wines reflect back on the rhythm of life in the Priorat of the 1970’s, as well as the style of winemaking that was popular in that time. Rather than focusing on individual parcels, Dominik sources grapes from many different vineyards throughout the region. These complex blends – dazzling mosaics of aroma and flavor – authentically express the diversity of the Priorat landscape.

DO Montsant

Terroir Sense Fronteres places the spotlight on the DO Montsant, a region Dominik believes to hold enormous potential. High up on the Montsant Mountain and right across the DO border from our prized Manyes vineyard in Priorat, 60-year old Garnacha vines produce extremely concentrated, flavor-rich fruit. Early harvests, whole cluster fermentations, gentle extractions, and a complete lack of oak during the aging process results in wines of great finesse and a distinctly Mediterranean style.

Coreografia is an homage of Tatjana’s passion for dancing. In ballet, the “Pas de Deux” is a duet traditionally performed by the two lead dancers, symbolizing the partnership inherent in love. “Pas de Deux” recalls that elegance and intimacy, with the wine itself serving as the stage for a sensual encounter between Montsant’s two lead grape varieties. Supple Garnatxa pirouettes with finesse and elegance, while eloquent Carinyena carries the structure, poise and acidity.
